Agung Firmanto “Geger” (Geger)
Agung Firmanto “Geger” is co-founder of Lifepatch - citizen initiative in art, science and technology, co-founder of Urbancult and contributor to hackteria.org. He graduated in Politics a& Governmental Sciences from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and in Education from University Sanata Dharma (USD), both Yogyakarta. Previously, Geger worked as a civil servant for the local government, as an elementary school teacher and as an Indonesian language tutor for foreign adult learners. He is a fruit fermentation enthusiast; he does all kinds of fermentation, both solid and liquid, of beans, fruits, herbs, etc. He also often conducts workshops on fermentation together with others as part of a sharing and learning process. One of his dreams is to have his own brewery / winery. Recently, he started an exploration of the process of making chocolate: from cocoa beans to chocolate bar.
