Charles Toto

Chef Charles, based in Jayapura, is the ambassador of Papua’s traditional food and the founder of Papua Jungle Community. His works extend not only locally, but also nationally and internationally. Since 2016, to preserve and reproduce the local food knowledge for the younger generation, Charles has been actively promoting sustainable living and ecological conservation through local food.
