For the second discussion in our two part mini-series “Seeding the Future Together”, looking at alternative agroecological education and production communities, we were joined by Fernando García-Dory, artist and founder of INLAND, an artistic project (since 2009) dedicated to agricultural, social and cultural production. Fernando joined us online from rural Spain, where INLAND recovered an abandoned village to adopt as its headquarters. He shared with us about the myriad of forms that INLAND takes on, from study groups to publications; training schools for shepherds, peasant leaders, and craftsmen; newly commissioned projects by artists and farmers; involvement in local politics; solidarity networks and community economies, such as the making and selling of cheese.

This event is hosted by Alec Steadman & Sanne Oorthuizen (Struggles for Sovereignty)
